Patient Role — Maple Hospital
Free — any levelBuilt around the game's status system — a menu of conditions you assign to your character.
How the Status System Works
Once checked in, a Patient opens a status menu and picks a condition. Some statuses carry a real in-game treatment sequence handled by Nurses, Doctors, and Lab Techs (see the Illnesses pagefor full walkthroughs of Appendicitis, Broken Bone, Burn, Diabetes, and Flu). Others are cosmetic or roleplay-only, like Amputee (choose a prosthetic limb), Blind (adjustable severity, colorblind toggle, optional glasses), Pregnant (bump size, sweater color, single baby or Twins via gamepass, plus a "Guided Pregnancy" walkthrough feature), and Deaf (mutes in-game music, sound effects, and boombox audio for that character).

The Patient status panel, including Call Help, Peanut Allergy, and Hypoglycemia — two conditions not documented anywhere except this in-game menu.
Call Help
Call Help isn't a status by itself — it's a button in the same tab that lets a Patient flag an emergency (Burn, Anaphylaxis, Broken Bone, Diabetes, or Dehydrated). This notifies on-duty Medics, who can drive out by ambulance to find, stabilize, and transport the Patient back to the hospital.
