What Nurses Do

Nurses assist doctors in keeping patients happy and healthy: transporting them between departments (like to the ICU), reviving a Code Blue patient, and even helping deliver a baby. In practice this means running vitals with the Thermometer, Stethoscope, and Vitals Cart, collecting samples for the tube system, and administering IV medications ordered by a Doctor.

An older version of the wiki's dedicated Nurse page lists a shorter, different ladder (Aide, Surgical, PACU, Midwife, Anesthetist at levels 5–25) and is marked as a work in progress — Marizma Games updates specialization levels often, so treat the list above as the current reference and expect it to shift with future patches.

Thermometer and Stethoscope (Tool Menu only), the Vitals Cart (found in hallways near ER, ICU, and PACU), Glucose Monitor for diabetic patients, and treatment-specific items like Cast Kits, Cough Drops, Sterile Saline, and Nonstick Bandages — most of which are stocked in Supply Rooms rather than the Tool Menu.
