Doctor Role — Maple Hospital
Unlocks Lvl 20A free, level-locked role that unlocks once you reach level 20.
Role Duties
Doctors order diagnostic tests and diagnose patients, with access to the Patient Portal and patient Charts.
Ordering a test:
- Read the patient's symptoms
- Select the correct diagnostic test in Orders
- Receive XP for ordering the correct test
Diagnosing a patient:
- Accept the on-screen prompt asking if you'd like to diagnose the patient
- Work through the task list: go to the patient's room, ask for their symptoms, check breathing and reflexes, select the correct diagnosis on the computer under Results, then tell the patient their diagnosis
- Receive XP for correctly diagnosing the patient
Doctor sits alongside Surgeon, Medic, and Pharmacist in the level-gated section of the role menu.
