The Director role, unlimited free Server Announcements (one every 2 minutes; without the gamepass, a single announcement costs 25 Robux), the ability to send Emergency Color Codes, and a free Megaphone tool used purely for roleplay. Notably, the Director cannot hire or fire staff — the role is about communication and coordination, not personnel management.
