As of July 10, 2026, Maple Hospital has no active redeemable codes. The game does have an in-game code-redemption feature — codes are entered through an icon on the main screen — but no working code is currently confirmed. This was cross-checked across independent Roblox code-tracking sites reporting zero active codes as of early July 2026.

- Find the code-redemption icon on the main screen
- Type or paste a code into the text field and confirm
Previously Expired Codes
NEWHOSPITAL, GRANDOPENING, and THANKYOU were past Maple Hospital codes that are no longer redeemable. Marizma Games also runs free item events and giveaways outside the code system, announced through the official Marizma Games Roblox group and its social channels — the Maple Hunt 2024 event badge (now unobtainable) is a past example, where the first 9,999 players to complete it received a limited "Portal Egg" UGC item.
