What Medics Do
Medics give emergency medical care to people injured or ill outside the hospital, driving an ambulance — or a helicopter, if the player owns that gamepass — to reach and transport patients back for treatment. This ties directly into the "Call Help" status option, which any player can trigger to flag an emergency (Burn, Anaphylaxis, Broken Bone, Diabetes, or Dehydrated) that notifies on-duty Medics to respond.

Separately, a "Paramedic" gamepass (299 Robux) is sold in the Exclusive Shop — this is a purchasable shortcut distinct from the free Paramedic specialization you unlock by leveling the Medic role.
